Responsibilities: Carry out regular rent analysis of the local market. Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings and negotiate rental offers. Complete applicant vetting requirements. Coordinate renewal communications and negotiations. Ensure arrival packs are prepared and ready for the tenant move ins. Provide first class customer service to residents and applicants. Ensure systems are kept up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data. Ensure good presentation of available apartments. Coordinating the online marketing for available apartments.
