Lettings and Leasehold ManagerKirklees / HybridPermanent37 hours per week 47,000Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a renowned housing provider in West Yorkshire to recruit to a Lettings and Leasehold Manager on a permanent basis.Two days a week will be required in their offices in Kirklees, with three days working from home.The team consists of four generic Housing Officers, and a Lettings and Leasehold Officer.Responsibilities of the Lettings and Leasehold Manager includes:Acting as lead on the organisations lettings, leasehold and tenancy management, ensuring tenants receive an excellent level of serviceManaging and mentoring a team of four Housing Officers and a Lettings and Leasehold OfficerLeading on plans for tenancy and estate visits and neighbourhood activitiesLeading and overseeing marketing, allocation and letting of propertiesInvestigating complaints and providing responses in accordance with policy and procedures.Gaining and utilising customer insight and feedbackContributing to policy development, developing procedures and ensuring best practiceMonitoring, measuring and quality checking performanceRequirements of the Lettings and Leasehold Manager includes:Experience within a similar housing management related role at supervisory or management levelExcellent knowledge of tenancy management, and/ or lettings and leasehold managementFull UK Driving License and access to own vehicle To be considered for this exciting role, please contact Bethan ..... full job details .....
