This isn''t a traditional Property Manager role. We''re looking for someone who knows lettings inside out but also has the commercial ability and confidence to grow a portfolio, win landlord instructions and build strong relationships with property investors . The business already has around 155 properties under management and, importantly, an established property investment operation generating a regular flow of landlords and investors. You won''t be expected to build a pipeline from scratch - the opportunity is to convert more of that existing activity into managed properties and help develop the lettings side of the business.
