Inspections while tenanted and dealing with maintenance issues. Key responsibilities Manage tenancy relets coordinate viewings with prospective tenants and current tenants. Tenancy Move outs arrange tenancy move outs and deal with any dilapidations Inventories prepare property inventories and photographs Inspect properties as necessary to ensure they are being maintained and looked after, coordinate repair work with admin staff Report on any problems and record them on CRM system Organise any remedial action with tenants, Resolve serious problems with tenants, organise evictions where necessary If you are experienced in lettings and want to be part of a small, friendly and busy team where you need to work using your own initiative then this could be for you!
