Lettings Administrator - Part Time

Are you looking for a part-time role? This position is working 3 days per week with the option to flex up to 5 days during peak periods and to cover holidays/sickness.Working for a thriving property agency in central Southampton, you will be supporting with all the lettings administration.This includes tenant referencing and other compliance checks e.g. AML, property inspections for check in and check out, maintaining the landlord register, etc.Rate of pay is £13.50 per hour, working Tues/Wed/Thurs each week 9am to 4pm, and you must have a driving license and access to a vehicle, for visiting local properties to carry out inspections.You''ll be working alongside 2 other administrators at this busy office, and providing some PA duties to support the management team.If you have experience working in an estate agency or other property environment, with excellent organisational and admin skills, then apply ..... full job details .....
