Lettings Administrator

Your new company Hays are recruiting for a permanent Lettings Administrator based in Salford Quays, Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. You will support customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring applications are progressed efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.Your new role Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming lettings enquiries via telephone, email and online channels.Support prospective residents through the application and reservation process.Book and coordinate property viewings.Process references, deposits and tenancy documentation.Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.Progress applications in line with company policies and procedures.Liaise with applicants and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer journey.Provide administrative support to the wider lettings team.Assist in achieving team targets and occupancy objectives.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.What you''ll need to succeed Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Customer-focused with a proactive approach.Experience within property, housing, student accommodation or a ..... full job details .....
