This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff looking to take the next step in their education career.As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with pre-prepared work. No planning or marking is required-just strong classroom presence and excellent behaviour management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver pre-set lesson materials to classes in the teacher''s absence.Maintain a safe, positive, and focused learning environment.Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.Provide support to students as they complete classwork.Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.Adapt quickly to different subjects, year groups, and school settings.What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, etc.).Confident communication skills and the ability to lead a classroom.Strong behaviour management and a calm, professional manner.A flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude.A valid ..... full job details .....
