Manpower are currently seeking an interim Legal Entity Rationalisation PMO to work with our global FMCG client Reckitt, renowned for brands such as Dettol, Finish and Nurofen, and to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. Flexible in terms of hybrid working or fully remote. This is a full-time, temporary role to start as soon as possible for c. 12 months, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive. Role Overview The Legal Entity Rationalisation PMO will manage the delivery of the Legal Entity Rationalisation (LER) programme. The LER programme is a cross-functional, multi-jurisdictional project with the objective of the simplification and elimination of a number of group entities. This role will report to the internal PMO and work with both the central team and local functions as required. The PMO will be responsible for developing detailed implementation plans and overall project timings, coordinating and tracking progress against these, working with the team to support delivery and resolve issues, report periodically to key stakeholders on status, risks and issues.
