The role focuses on delivering Lenders Technical Advisory Services, including operational monitoring, lifecycle reviews and FM benchmarking across public sector assets such as schools, fire stations and care homes. This is a predominantly home-based role, with the majority of work involving desktop reviews and report writing. Travel to sites across England will be required for inspections, typically lasting 1–2 days, with occasional overnight stays.
