Leading shifts and undertaking Lifeguard responsibilities, including monitoring pools and activities, First Aid requests and performing water rescues when necessary. Providing excellent service, ensuring all guest questions and queries, and managed efficiently and professionally. Following daily operational procedures, with the ability to action a team to respond if Emergency First Aid / Evacuation procedures where required. Ensuring all facilities are cleaned and well maintained, communicating with guests, and following all NOP and EAP training to ensure the delivery of an excellent service.
