Leisure Sales ManagerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a bespoke and leading organisation within the tourism, business and leisure industry, for a Leisure Sales Manager to join their team based in Belfast.This is a Full-Time, Permanent PositionWorking Hours: Typically, 9am-5.30pm (working across multiple venues).With a salary of £40,351.20 per annum.Job Purpose: You will be the first point of contact for all travel trade and will work proactively with operators to drive sales to meet visitor number and revenue targets from key markets. You will be the face of selling and promoting the venue on both a domestic and international level, working closely with city tourism agencies and industry partners.Essential Criteria:Minimum of 5 years Leisure business sales experience working to targetsStrong knowledge of the tourism industry stakeholders and partnersExcellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levelsThe ability to lead and manage a small teamAbility to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlinesAbility to work under pressureAbility to work on your own initiative as well as part of a teamTravel domestically, nationally and internationally as requiredMain Duties and Responsibilities:Contribute to the creation and delivery of the leisure sales strategy to drive sales and meet KPIs and revenue targetsManage the delivery of proactive leisure sales plans across domestic, national and international markets to ..... full job details .....
