This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of Northern Ireland''s most recognised tourism organisations, playing a pivotal role in driving international visitor growth and developing strategic partnerships across global travel trade markets.Working within a commercially focused and collaborative environment, you''ll lead leisure sales activity across domestic and international markets, managing key travel trade relationships while identifying new business opportunities to support ambitious visitor and revenue targets. This role offers the chance to travel internationally, represent a globally recognised tourism product, and lead a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional visitor experiences.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver the leisure sales strategy to maximise visitor numbers, revenue and commercial performance.Lead, coach and develop the Leisure Sales Team, providing day-to-day management and ongoing support.Build and maintain strong relationships with tour operators, travel agents, destination management companies, online travel agents and tourism partners.Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK, Irish and international markets.Represent the organisation at international trade shows, sales missions, networking events, FAM trips and industry exhibitions.Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Operations and ..... full job details .....
