Leisure Multi Skilled Operative

One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Leisure Multi Skilled Operative on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Hybrid working role were, however, you will be required to attend the office 2/3 times a week. Overview: To provide efficient, effective, and economic multi-skilled repairs to 8 Leisure properties across the London borough of Southwark To self-manage work within the requirements of the delivery; liaising with General Managers to enable the smooth running and completion of each job, providing diagnoses and making recommendations regarding the remedial work required to defects. This role will involve a variety of tasks including repairs, installations, and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our service users and staff. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the Facilities Management (FM) reactive maintenance programme across the 8 Leisure centres. Promoting a collaborative approach in the development of robust relationships with Operational managers, building managers and end users to ensure compliance with statutory and mandatory legislation.
