This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Children''s Social Worker with strong Child Protection and Court experience to join a supportive safeguarding team and manage complex cases within a statutory children''s social care environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a complex caseload involving Child Protection and safeguarding. Undertake assessments and develop effective plans to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes. Undertake statutory visits and direct work with children, young people and families. Prepare high-quality reports and evidence for court proceedings. Attend court hearings in Leicester City when required. Work effectively with children, parents, carers and partner agencies. Identify, assess and manage safeguarding risks.
