Complete assessments in accordance with ACoP L8, HSG274 and HTM 04-01 guidance. Produce detailed digital risk assessment reports and practical recommendations. Conduct schematic verification and asset validation. Identify system deficiencies including dead legs, dead ends, TMVs, infrequently used outlets, poor temperature control and water stagnation. Carry out outlet temperature monitoring and photographic surveys where required. Liaise professionally with clients, Responsible Persons and site representatives. Provide technical advice regarding remedial actions and compliance. Work closely with internal teams to support remedial quotations and project delivery.
