Are you experienced in carrying out Legionella risk assessments and committed to delivering high standards of water safety?

We are seeking a dedicated Legionella Risk Assessor to join a leading safety consultancy. This role involves supporting clients across various sectors to ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to Legionella control.

The successful Legionella Risk Assessor will:

• Carry out Legionella risk assessments in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g., ACoP L8, HTM 04-01, and BS 8580-1 2019).

• Prepare detailed schematic drawings and final reports for clients, highlighting risk mitigation measures.

• Provide expert recommendations for reducing and managing Legionella risks across water systems.

• Present findings during client meetings and assist with ongoing water safety consultancy.

• Support various water safety projects and technical investigations as required.

The successful Legionella Risk Assessor will have:

• Proven experience conducting Legionella risk assessments, ideally from a consultancy background.

• A recognised Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, BOHS, WMSoc).

• A strong working knowledge of water safety legislation, including ACoP L8 and HTM 04-01.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to clients and stakeholders.
