Location: Luton, Bedfordshire

Salary/Benefits: -26k - -40k DOE + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a professional Legionella Risk Assessor to cover sites across the South East of England. Our client is seeking someone who has versatile industry knowledge to commence with vigour to work across a mixed portfolio of sites. Ensuring a high level of service to clients and providing technical reports and schematic drawings. Salaries are competitive and benefits include: company vehicle, tablet/phone and training opportunities.

Locations of work include: Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury, St Albans, Hitchin, Stevenage, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Biggleswade, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Buckingham, St Neots, Bicester, Stoke Mandeville, Northampton, Rushden, Huntingdon, High Wycombe, Watford, Beaconsfield, Oxford, Potters Bar, Cheshunt, Daventry.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
• Essential to be qualified with the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Persevering and enthusiastic
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Adaptable to travel as per company requirements

The Role:

• Carrying out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems
• Identifying required remedial works and compliance risks
• Producing detailed technical reports and schematic drawings
• Showerhead descales
• Providing updates and technical advice directly to clients
• Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
