Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor

Location: Coventry, West Midlands

Salary/Benefits: -26k - -37k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a switched-on Legionella Risk Assessor in the Midlands region. Candidates must have a good foundation of industry knowledge and experience, and will be able to hit the ground running upon joining the company. Our client is a successful, multi-disciplined outfit, who have a strong Legionella / Water Hygiene department. Experience / Qualifications:

• Strong experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
• Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Strong communication skills
• Hardworking attitude

The Role:

• Undertaking legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems and cooling towers
• Identifying any required remedial duties and any safety concerns
• Providing detailed technical advice to clients
• Producing site-specific reports and accompanying schematic drawings
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
• Developing tailored control schemes / regimes for clients
• Working with colleagues to ensure works are completed within agreed deadlines
• Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations/guidelines
