Legal Support Executive

We are seeking a highly organised Legal Support Executive to join our Legal and Recoveries team. In this role, you will support the Legal Manager in progressing debt recovery actions and ensuring the completion and maintenance of registered security across a portfolio of credit facilities. This is a hands-on position focused on the efficient execution of legal processes, helping to minimise financial exposure, recover assets, and maintain robust security interests. It s an ideal opportunity for someone with legal support or recoveries experience who enjoys managing cases, drafting documentation and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders. What You ll Do Draft and prepare legal documents, including claim forms, judgments and enforcement instructions. Manage recovery cases from instruction to resolution, ensuring timely and compliant progression. Liaise with external solicitors, enforcement agents and suppliers, issuing instructions and tracking progress. Work with internal teams such as Audit, Transport, Asset Management, Auctions, Sales and Finance to support asset recovery and security management. Conduct property and asset searches, maintain accurate security records and support credit facility administration. Monitor case progress and contribute to reporting and performance metrics.
