This highly professional and very established firm of Solicitors are looking for friendly, hardworking Legal Secretary to provide assistance to the Partner and team of busy Solicitors. Some of your duties will include:Providing secretarial and administrative support for the Partner and small team of SolicitorsDealing exclusively with wills and probate, preparing required forms of paperworkTyping a wide range of legal documentation from handwritten documentation and audio tapesManaging diary schedules, arranging client meetings and preparing meeting rooms when neededOpening files for new clients, updating files as case progresses and archiving completed case notesFielding incoming telephone calls and emails, dealing with any general enquiries where possibleRegrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
