      <description>Location: Dublin | Salary: &amp;pound;30213 - &amp;pound;34529/annum | Type: Permanent | As an Litigation Coordinator, you will support clients when they receive Workplace Relations Commission complaints and Labour Court appeal papers. You will take ownership of each case and be responsible for drafting responses, visiting clients and preparing cases for hearing when required. You will support with all administrative work associated with the cases.  This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has starting their FE1 exams and looking to gain invaluable knowledge and experience within a global consultancy.       Key Responsibilities:     Review all claims brought against clients in the employment tribunal bodies, specifically the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court  Support clients with mediation / conciliation matters in the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court  Make early and prompt contact with clients to notify the client of conduct of the case and to advise and take instructions from clients  Advise clients on the merits of any claim(s) and the prospects of successfully defending claims  Obtain all relevant and necessary documentation and draft appropriate responses on behalf of clients for their approval  Prepare hearing booklets ...</description>
