Legal Secretary
Our client, a very reputable firm are looking to appoint a Legal Secretary for their Conveyancing and Private Client Departments based in Aberdeen. You will be tasked with providing secretarial support and assistance. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced secretary to play a key role in assisting our client of expert legal personnel within a friendly and supportive team environment.To be considered for the role, you''ll require the following essentials:Experience of working as a Legal Secretary within Conveyancing and/or Private ClientProven audiotyping experienceUnderstanding of conveyancing processesKnowledge of MS Office and Case Management SystemsExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalStrong organisational skillsHigh attention to detailWithin this position, you''ll also be:Audio and copy typing, emailing, photocopying, filing of letters, emails and documentsPreparing, formatting and managing a varied range of legal documents and correspondenceMaintaining accurate files and case management recordsScanning incoming mailPhotocopyingArchiving and closing of filesOpening of filesHandling incoming queries via telephone and emailManaging diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointmentsSupporting the smooth running of the wider team and departmentCarrying out general administration tasks as requiredSalary and Working HoursSalary is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependant on experienceWorking Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm ..... full job details .....
