Legal SecretaryLocation: Leeds City CentreSalary: 28,000- 31,000 per annum (DOE)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and organised Legal Secretary to join their established legal team based in Leeds city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional and supportive environment, providing essential administrative support to fee earners across a busy practice.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence and reports.Managing solicitor''s diaries, arranging appointments and coordinating meetings.Audio typing and digital dictation.Handling telephone and email enquiries from clients in a professional manner.Opening, maintaining and closing client files.Filing documents electronically and in hard copy where required.Assisting with billing, file management and general administrative duties.Maintaining strict confidentiality and complying with office procedures.Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will have:Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or within a legal support role.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Fast and accurate typing skills.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.A professional and proactive approach.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Company pension scheme.25 days'' annual leave ..... full job details .....
