This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and experience in private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administration.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Private Client fee earnersAudio and copy typing of legal documents, correspondence, wills, and legal formsManaging client files from opening to closure, ensuring accuracy and complianceHandling client enquiries professionally, both in person and via telephone/emailLiaising with clients, HMRC, financial institutions, and third partiesDiary management, arranging appointments, and managing key deadlinesPreparing probate and estate administration documentationGeneral office administration, including billing support and file archivingSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Private ClientStrong typing and document production skillsExcellent organisational and time-management abilitiesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailConfident communication skills with a professional and empathetic mannerProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management systems desirableWhat''s On OfferCompetitive salary dependent on experienceFriendly, ..... full job details .....
