We''re working with a highly regarded legal practice in Cirencester that is seeking a proactive and organised Legal Secretary to support its busy Property team. The role will see you providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Property department. You''ll be involved in preparing legal documents and correspondence, managing diaries, liaising with clients, handling telephone enquiries and ensuring files are maintained accurately and efficiently.

We''re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Property or Conveyancing
• Possesses excellent organisational and communication skills
• Is confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a professional approach
• Enjoys building positive relationships with clients and colleagues
