Legal Secretary- Private Wealth
We are working with a respected Yorkshire based law firm who have offices in Leeds city centre, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary to work within the private wealth team. Providing a high level of administrative support to their clients, the successful legal secretary will be an efficient, organised, and effective individual. Key responsibilities will include; Provide audio and copy typing support on matters of Probate, Powers of Attorney, Wills and TrustsEnsure effective document management using electronic document management system Provide the team with assistance in completing IHT forms, preparing LPA forms and Wills on behalf of the solicitors, and preparing Probate forms onlineProduce bills and other relevant financial information and reports Provide full and effective diary management support to the lawyersDealing with client enquiries in the absence of or on behalf of lawyers Support with the effective relationships of clientsDeal with all incoming correspondence,Provide typing support to other secretaries/offices/departments Ad hoc administration support This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal secretary who has ideally worked within a private client setting or similar, looking for a new challenge.
