Opportunities are available within:• Residential Conveyancing • Private ClientThese are separate roles, offering long-term stability within a professional and supportive legal environment.1 Conveyancing Legal SecretaryYou will support Fee Earners within the Residential Property team, assisting with transactions from instruction through to completion.Key Responsibilities:Audio and copy typing of contracts, transfers and correspondencePreparing Land Registry applicationsAssisting with exchange and completion processesDrafting completion statementsSupporting post-completion matters including SDLT submissionsLiaising with clients, estate agents and lendersManaging diaries and filesExperience Required:Previous experience within residential conveyancingStrong understanding of the conveyancing processExcellent typing and organisational skills2 Private Client Legal SecretaryYou will provide support to Fee Earners handling Wills, Probate, LPAs and estate administration matters.Key Responsibilities:Audio and copy typing of Wills, Probate documents and correspondencePreparing estate administration and court documentationLiaising with clients, beneficiaries and financial institutionsManaging files and ..... full job details .....
