You will work alongside 10 talented individuals led by the Head of Department.Responsibilities:As a Legal Secretary, you will:Provide full secretarial support to fee earners, including diary management and document preparationHandle dictation typing, preparing correspondence, documents, and formsAssist in the administration of wills, probate, and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal processesManage correspondence, filing, and maintaining client recordsRespond to telephone and email enquiries from clients and external partiesOur Ideal Candidate (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Proven 1-2 years'' experience as a Legal Secretary within a Private Client departmentExcellent typing skills with the ability to accurately process legal documents from various dictation sourcesStrong organisational and time-management skills, adept at prioritising a busy workloadGood telephone manner, accurately taking messages from clientsProficient IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
