This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to provide secretarial and administrative support to a team of Lawyers, assisting with the smooth running of a varied caseload. Key Responsibilities Working within a pool of Legal Secretaries to support multiple RTA Lawyers. Preparing legal correspondence, pleadings, court bundles and other documentation. Managing telephone enquiries and liaising professionally with clients, Counsel and other stakeholders. Coordinating appointments, meetings and conferences. Maintaining accurate files, including scanning, photocopying and document management. Updating the Proclaim case management system where required. Supporting colleagues and the wider administration team with day-to-day tasks. About You Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary is essential.
