HR GO are currently looking for experienced Family or Conveyancing Legal Secretary seeking a new challenge with an award-winning solicitor in various locations within Kent.Legal Secretaries play a vital role in the process as they carry out a variety of different tasks which contribute towards the smooth running and ultimate success of the project. The most important aspect of the Legal Secretary''s role is to provide the Conveyancing or family Departments (or Solicitors/ Fee Earners) with support in the all legal aspects.Job DescriptionTo assist and support fee earners with legal secretarial and administrative duties.The role includes but is not limited to the following:Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters, legal forms (Oyez) and quotesAnswer the telephone in a polite and efficient manner Undertake administrative duties such as photocopying and updating client details. Filing correspondence and ensuring files are kept up to date. Arranging appointments and dealing with clients. Access and input data on to the firm''s CRM. Work as part of a team with other secretarial colleagues. Handle all confidential information discreetly. Drafting contractsThe Candidate Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary- either Conveyancing Department or Family Department.Excellent technical skills which include a fast and accurate typing speed.The ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlinesGood communication skills and a ..... full job details .....
