Legal Secretary Beaconsfield and Marlow office - Office based Competitive Salary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join my clients team working across 2 branches in Beaconsfield and Marlow. You will providing secretarial and administrative support within both branches. You will: Respond to client enquiries promptly and courteouslyCoordinate diaries and schedule appointments Keep clients informed on the progress of their matters Process client payments and communicate details to the Accounts team in a timely mannerStay up to date with client care and anti-money laundering obligationsOpen and maintain client files, ensuring all compliance documents are completedProvide audio typing support for multiple offices as requiredPrepare correspondence and draft legal documentsPerform copy typing, scanning, and photocopying tasks efficientlyMonitor office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operationsReceive and distribute incoming mail appropriatelyAssist with marketing activities and initiativesKeep filing systems and office calendars organisedAttend internal meetings and contribute to team projectsAdhere to Health and Safety requirements in the officeAssist with compliance-related tasks, including file audits and maintaining trackersSupport equality, diversity, and inclusion initiativesMaintain the highest level of confidentiality at all timesThe ideal candidate will:Have experience in a Legal Secretary or similar role Have strong organisational and time ..... full job details .....
