Legal Secretary - Commercial Property - Ipswich
A Solicitors practice in Ipswich are looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to their Commercial Property team.-
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of secretarial support to fee earners dealing with a range of commercial property matters.-
Duties may include things such as:-
- Typing and preparation of relevant correspondence and documents.
- File management including filing of documents along with opening and closing of files and archiving.
Scanning, paginating and photocopying
- Dealing with calls into the team and advising accordingly or taking messages.
- Submission of SDLT returns and Land Registry applications and searches.
- General admin tasks as required.-
Experience of working in the area of either commercial or residential property would clearly be advantageous, however the firm will also consider candidates with experience of working as a legal secretary in other areas of practice.-
