Legal Secretary Family

Eventus Legal are seeking a Family Legal Secretary to join a small, established law firm in Wombwell, South Yorkshire. This is a permanent job position available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a salary of up to £26,000 depending on experience. The position is fully office-based, with no homeworking, although some flexibility around working hours may be available for the right person. Role Responsibilities As a Family Legal Secretary, you will provide day-to-day legal and administrative support within the family team, while also assisting the care team when required. Your work will include client contact, document preparation and the effective use of legal aid and court systems. Preparing and compiling court bundles accurately and efficiently Using the Legal Aid Agency''s CCMS portal to upload and download information and documents Answering telephone calls and dealing professionally with clients, including taking initial details where a fee earner is unavailable Managing emails, time recording and other day-to-day administrative tasks on the firm''s systems Supporting family fee earners and providing assistance to the care team as and when required Working ..... full job details .....
