• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within a busy Family team.
• Assist with a varied range of Family Law matters, including managing new enquiries, diary management, billing and accounts administration.
• Prepare court documentation, file documents via the HMCTS Family Court portal and assist with the preparation of court bundles, briefs and exhibits.
• Support fee earners with general case management and ensure files and administrative processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.
• Applications are welcomed from Legal Secretaries or Legal Assistants with a minimum of 1 years experience and a strong understanding of legal administration.
• The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing workloads effectively.
