Legal Secretary

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity working with a collaborative and friendly team?

Search are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary for their client in Inverness on a full time permanent basis.

You''ll work on a full time basis,Monday - Friday, hybrid may be considered depending on experience/support required.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Audio typing
- Carrying out anti money laundering checks
- Diary management
- Document management, digital and hard copy filing
- Reception cover, ad-hoc
- Preparing fee notes

Who we are looking for:
- Legal secretarial experience, ideally private client but all disciplines will be considered
- Audio typing skills
- High attention to detail
