Whilst conveyancing experience would be beneficial, the firm is happy to consider candidates with a solid legal secretarial background who are keen to develop their knowledge within property law.The RoleYou will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to the Conveyancing team, helping to ensure residential and commercial property transactions run smoothly from instruction through to completion.Your responsibilities will include:Providing day-to-day support to Conveyancing Fee Earners.Preparing legal documents, correspondence and reports.Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties.Managing diaries, appointments and arranging meetings.Opening and maintaining client files in line with compliance procedures.Submitting Land Registry applications and carrying out property searches.Handling telephone enquiries and delivering an excellent level of client service.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm.Conveyancing ..... full job details .....
