This is a brilliant opportunity for a Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience to support a team of dynamic Solicitors in a very established local firm. You will be required to provide extensive secretarial and administrative support and assist the team with their day to day tasks.Responsibilities
Providing secretarial and administrative support for three Partners specialising in conveyancingTyping a wide range of legal documentation as well as correspondence and Land Registry reportsManaging busy diary schedules, co-ordinating client appointments and preparing required paperworkFielding incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries from clients, other Solicitors and LendersOpening files for new clients, updating details as cases progress and archiving completed case notesMonitoring the billing process, recording time used by the team and raising client ..... full job details .....
