If so, we’d love to hear from you!You will provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative support to a small team of Lawyers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.This role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and the utmost confidentiality when handling client matters.The work week is Monday to Thursday in the office, then Friday from home. The hours are 9.30 – 5.30 and located close to Bank station.The offices are super lux and the culture is great; really entrepreneurial and fast paced and collegiate.Key Responsibilities
Draft, edit, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondenceMaintain calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for lawyersOrganise telephone calls, mail, files, and client recordsArrange meetings, conferences, and travel itinerariesManage e-filing, inboxes, and client CRM updatesHandle timekeeping, expense processing, and document transcriptionCollaborate with attorneys, staff, and administrative teams to provide seamless supportUphold the highest level of professionalism and confidentialityThe skills you’ll need
Proven legal secretarial experience in a law firm or legal setting or private equity, MandAStrong command of English grammar and excellent proofreading skillsTyping speed of 70+ wpm (with accuracy)Proficient in legal transcription, document management, and MS Office/firm softwareExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesProfessional communication skills and a team-player attitudeFlexibility to work occasional additional hours when requiredWhy Join?
