A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to provide proactive and professional support within the Property and Trusts Litigation department. Key Responsibilities: Client and Team Support Act as the first point of contact for the team, managing phone calls and correspondence. Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and third parties, supporting business development efforts and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Work collaboratively with other secretaries to ensure consistent support is provided Document and File Management Prepare, format and proofread legal documents, reports and correspondence. Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring files are well organised and up to date. Prepare court bundles (where required) and assist litigation teams with document handling. Diary and Travel Coordination Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for fee earners and partners. Provide timely reminders for upcoming deadlines, meetings and key dates. Client Onboarding and Compliance Assist with opening new client files, preparing engagement letters and credit checks. Liaise with compliance to ensure all onboarding procedures and regulatory requirements are met.
