A well-established and busy legal practice is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join their team in E5.This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for clients, while also providing essential administrative support to the property and wider legal team.This is a fully office-based role with working hours of Monday to Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm and Friday 9:00am-3:00pm. The role offers a generous benefits package, including 25 days'' annual leave plus bank holidays, with on-site parking available.Key Responsibilities: Acting as first point of contact for clientsManaging incoming calls, emails and general reception dutiesSupporting the property team with day-to-day administrative tasksPreparing and formatting legal and property documentationAssisting with file opening, document management and case administrationLiaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other professionalsProviding general administrative support to the wider team as requiredKey Skills: Previous experience in a corporate, legal or professional services environment (essential)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailProficient in Microsoft OfficeProfessional, presentable and client-focused approachProperty administration experience is highly desirableIf you have strong corporate experience and are looking to build your career within a professional environment, we would love to hear from you.
