Legal Project Executive

A leading international professional services firm is looking for a Legal Project Executive to join its growing Legal Operations team in London. Offering a hybrid working model and a salary of £45,700 - £51,900, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with project support, PMO, operations, or process improvement experience who enjoys working with stakeholders, analysing data, and driving efficiencies. Key responsibilities: Support the delivery of a range of client and internal projects. Monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and key milestones. Produce reporting, analysis, and management information to support decision-making. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across legal and business support functions. Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. Support the adoption of project management tools, systems, and best practices. About you: Experience in project coordination, PMO, operations, business improvement, or a similar role. Previous experience within a legal, professional services, or corporate environment would be advantageous. Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive approach and an interest in project management, operations, or continuous improvement.
