Practice Director - Legal 500 Law Firm The FirmA regional and highly established law firm based in Oxfordshire, ranked in the legal 500 directory offering a wide array of services to both individuals and businesses.The RoleThe Practice Director is accountable for improving the firm''s financial performance, cash conversion, and operational efficiency. The role is focused on delivering measurable improvements in lock-up, billing discipline, and profitability, while implementing scalable processes to support growth.This is not a traditional practice management role. It is a commercial operator position, reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside the Board.
