Personal Assistant (Private Client) Location: Leatherhead Job Type: Full-time Salary: £30-£32,000 Join a leading law firm in the Southeast known for its strong history and commitment to client service. We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Private Client team, ensuring optimal efficiency and contributing to our tradition of excellence. Day-to-Day of the Role: Provide direct support to a team of four Private Client solicitors/fee earners, alongside two other part-time secretaries. Prepare correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing. Manage daily filing and the maintenance of client files in accordance with office procedures. Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch and handle all copying needs. Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and maintain up-to-date diaries for fee earners. Set up and clear conference rooms for meetings and provide refreshments as needed. Offer support to other secretaries and provide guidance to junior and temporary secretaries. Engage with clients both in person and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain confidentiality of all firm and client documentation and information. Operate the firm''s case management system and undertake online form filling requirements. Continuously seek to improve the efficiency of the department and undertake additional duties as required.
