Legal PA - Regulatory - up to £53k!Location: LondonSalary: Up to £53,000Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day remoteHours: 9:30am-5:30pmPermanent Full TimeWe are recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to support a senior Partner and wider team within a leading international law firm. This is a busy and varied role requiring someone who is proactive, organised and confident working independently. The position has a strong focus on complex billing, alongside diary management, expenses and general team support.Key ResponsibilitiesComplex diary and inbox managementCoordinating meetings, calls and travelProcessing expenses and supporting travel arrangementsManaging client and matter openings, including KYC/AMLPreparing documents, presentations and meeting papersSupporting the wider team and prioritising competing demandsTaking ownership of the billing process, including bill narratives, financial edits, time recording and client queriesLiaising with billing and revenue teams to resolve issuesAbout YouStrong Legal PA experience within legal or professional servicesProven experience managing complex billing is essentialExcellent organisational and communication skillsConfident managing multiple priorities and working autonomouslyStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and OutlookExperience with 3E and iManage is advantageousProfessional, proactive and commercially awareThis is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international organisation and take genuine ownership of a ..... full job details .....
