This role supports a busy Partner and two Associates within a collaborative and close-knit department known for its supportive culture and strong teamwork. You will be joining a friendly and highly supportive team environment where PAs are actively involved in case processes and play a key role in the success of the department.The wider team includes several experienced PAs and float support, ensuring a well-resourced and cooperative working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full PA support to 1 Partner and 2 Associates within the Family Law teamManage high-volume inboxes and maintain strong organisational controlAssist with case management and correspondencePrepare legal documents and maintain accurate recordsCoordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangementsLiaise with clients and internal teams professionally and confidentiallySupport fee earners with day-to-day administrative and case-related tasksMaintain document management systems and filing processesAbout YouPrevious experience working as a Legal PA within Family Law is essentialStrong understanding of Family Law workflows and documentationExperience using iManage is highly ..... full job details .....
