Very well known in the States but relatively small in London (100 staff), this U.S. law firm based in the heart of the city is urgently seeking an experienced and capable PA who has a law firm background, preferably in a global law firm, to join this busy team of Partners and Associates dealing with a complete mixture of corporate and commercial work.Good technical skills and a flexible, confident attitude are essential for this role, as it is more about PA and organization than typing. You will be involved in firm-wide projects and help ensure that your fee-earners are freed up to concentrate on client work by managing their time effectively.To apply, you’ll need to have at least 3 years of legal PA experience in a law firm and be able to thrive in a smaller, more personalized team.
