Legal PA - Energy and Infrastructure London Hybrid (50% Work From Home) Up to £50,000 An international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to support senior partners within its Energy and Infrastructure team in London. This role offers a 50% work-from-home hybrid model, providing excellent flexibility while working within a high-performing legal team. The Role Complex diary and inbox management for partners Drafting correspondence and liaising with clients Organising travel, meetings and client events Assisting with PowerPoint presentations and client pitches Managing document systems, file opening and archiving Supporting the billing process and invoice dispatch Proofreading and quality checking documents About You Strong Legal PA/Partner-level secretarial experience Excellent organisational and communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Fast, accurate typing (around 70 wpm) Able to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment What''s on Offer Salary up to £50,000 Hybrid working - 50% work from home (2 days office one week, 3 the next) 9:30am - 5:30pm working hours Bonus scheme and strong benefits package Private medical insurance and enhanced parental leave A great opportunity for a proactive Legal PA seeking flexibility, hybrid working and partner-level exposure within a leading international firm. ..... full job details .....
