A leading International Law Firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their growing Dubai office, supporting a busy team within a fast-paced and highly professional environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Legal PA currently working within a recognised law firm who is looking to relocate to Dubai or continue their career within an international practice offering exposure to high-profile work and senior stakeholders.

The successful Legal PA will provide comprehensive support to Partners and fee earners, managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, organising meetings, handling billing processes, preparing legal documentation, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.

The firm is open to considering candidates relocating from London or other major international legal markets, provided they have strong experience within a law firm environment and are confident working at senior level.

The Legal PA''s role:

• Complex diary and inbox management

• Coordinating international travel and itineraries

• Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documentation

• Organising meetings, events, and conference calls

• Billing and financial administration support

• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders

• Supporting Partners and fee earners within a fast-paced practice group

The successful Legal PA will have:

• Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a law firm

• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and fee earners

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Arabic language skills would be highly desirable, though not essential

• A proactive and professional approach
