Legal PA - Disputes

Birchrose Associates is representing a highly regarded London law firm seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its successful Commercial Dispute Resolution team.

Our client is a highly regarded London law firm with an excellent reputation for its work in commercial disputes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join a high-performing Commercial Dispute Resolution team, supporting a successful and collaborative group of lawyers.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, proactive and highly organised Legal PA, providing high-quality secretarial, administrative and client-focused support to Partners and fee earners within a busy Commercial Dispute Resolution team. Duties to include:

• Act as a professional representative for Partners and fee earners, managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, client communications and day-to-day administrative support
• Take ownership of document production, billing support, expense processing, payment requisitions and compliance-related administrative processes
• Support marketing activities and events, including coordinating arrangements, processing expenses and assisting with client-facing initiatives
• Manage legal documentation, correspondence and case management processes, including document filing, archiving, file opening and conflict checks

This Legal PA position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Requirements

• At least 4 years previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience within a fast-paced law firm environment (essential)
• Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution experience in a law firm (essential)
• Strong diary, travel, inbox, billing and document management experience
