Birchrose Associates is representing a Top 70 London law firm seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its Commercial Dispute Resolution team. The FirmOur client is a well-established London law firm with a strong reputation across commercial disputes. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join their Commercial Dispute Resolution team in London. The OpportunityThe ideal candidate will be an experienced, proactive and highly organised Legal PA, providing high-quality secretarial, administrative and client-focused support to Partners and fee earners within a busy Commercial Dispute Resolution team. Duties to include: Act as a professional representative for Partners and fee earners, managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, client communications and day-to-day administrative supportTake ownership of document production, billing support, expense processing, payment requisitions and compliance-related administrative processesSupport marketing activities and events, including coordinating arrangements, processing expenses and assisting with client-facing initiativesManage legal documentation, correspondence and case management processes, including document filing, archiving, file opening and conflict checks This Legal PA position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm.
